Before you can jump in on the fun of the youth group, you gotta have those pesky permission slips signed. If you can't get down to the church and pick 'em up, download 'em here. The permission slips are saved in the .doc format (Microsoft Word). If you need it in a different format email me and I'll send it to you via email.
